Hi, I am Nina and I am a hobby artist based in Berlin, Germany. On this website you will find information about my experiences with the alcohol ink technique as well as a portfolio of my artworks and information on materials and painting techniques. Alcohol Ink Artworks

The painting technique using alcohol inks seems to slowly arrive in Germany. Yet, not many local artists in Berlin use these inks despite they have so much to offer!

Beginning of 2020, I started exploring the work with alcohol inks inspired by instagram profiles from american artists. I was fascinated how leightweighted and organic these inks look in the artworks and how different every piece turns out.

However, after one year working with alcohol inks, I can tell you: Working with the inks is really fun, but also a challenging technique to master and it takes a lot of practice. I am by far not where I would like to be, but I am trying my best to improve my skills piece by piece.

Exhibition Alert!

Hi! From Tuesday Nov 8th onwards, you can view some of my artworks at the Ring Center I in Berlin (S+U Frankfurter Allee). You will find them on the second floor next to the Deichmann Store. On display are two resin paintings, three artworks created with the acrylic pouring technique and five alcohol ink artworks.
